eLearning Project Management

Working through a suite of project management documents for an eLearning project development process as a group has taught me a lot about the industry as a whole, including common pricing models and common internal management structures. The importance of aligning project goals with client expectations and how crucial it is to allocate resources efficiently was driven home when actually building out a project to scope within a tight deadline.
