WordPress Training & Knowledge Base Management

I have managed and expanded Georgia Southern’s internal WordPress training and knowledge base since 2018. During this time the university has seen multiple changes to the site including a rebrand that affected both visual and functional changes.

Maintaining the University-wide WordPress knowledge base website with supplemental training such as guides and just-in-time training. Having trained hundreds of users, I also serve as a subject matter expert for the University website ticketing system. Notable accomplishments include retraining of all 400 website editors during the WordPress upgrade to Gutenberg 5.0 and converting the synchronous training to asynchronous spurred by the COVID-19 pandemic—a change that has proven effective and remains in place to date.
